This month if you book and pay for a Sportsman treatment in advance (£35.00) you can choose from one of three 15 minute turbo treatments for free. i.e.: Face, scalp or foot treatment normally costing from £12.50.
The Vitaman Sportsman treatment is an all over Sports style deep tissue massage using sports relief oil and Desert Muscle rub before and after to break down and aid in the removal of Lactic acid the naturally occurring byproduct of exercise which causes muscle ache and fatigue.
This treatment will leave you feeling revived and relaxed and ready to tackle the Marathon course with improved performance.
